We really enjoyed our holiday at Sol Principe. I think the main issue we had were that every single one of the outdoor pools was absolutely freezing, meaning our little boy was unable to go in them which was a shame. Also only 1 bar being open in the main hotel, not near the children’s pools (which I understand is because the hotel wasn’t full). The food was ok, definitely not the best all inclusive we have ever had but always good salads, fruits and staples and breakfast was nice. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and hard working, the restaurant staff in particular bringing our regular drinks over by the end of the week which was nice :) also only 5 mins walk to the beach which we loved. Overall we had a nice break and gorgeous weather.

Super friendly and helpful staff, pool area was nice - albeit a rush at 9am to get an umbrella. I liked that somebody was monitoring sun-bed usage and leaving signs warning you that you’d lose your bed if you didn’t return in an hour. Amazing outdoor CrossFit area, all the equipment in a container - including racks, barbells, kettlebells, air bikes, pull up bar, rope climbs etc. Excellent location, beach across the road and bars etc are walkable.

The rooms were ok for what we expected, big enough. We did not expect a crip, but it was in the room when we arrived! very family friendly hotel with lots of activities for kids. the pools were really good with the right temperature.

Excellent location, right on the beach. The reception staff and Silvia, the Quality Manager, were amazing – very supportive, friendly, and always ready to help with all our needs. Large restaurant with a wide variety of food, suitable for all tastes and ages. Clean rooms with a beautiful sea view (although the furniture could use an update for a 4-star standard). Great entertainment program throughout the day and live shows every evening.

I liked the location of the hotel for sleeping as it it was quite and out the way from night clubs etc and also liked that they provided the towels for the pool and the staff were very helpful as on the first day our safe wouldn’t open they had a man up to our room within an hour to fix it.

Prime location, great it you have a car and buzz around and return to the hotel ( has electric car charge lint 22kw 0,3€\kwh ). Restaurant is rather busy during the brakefast but if you are early bird it's not a case also dependant on guests behavior. Dining area kept clean by the staff which is always nice and attentive. All staff speaks understable English so no hassle if can't speak a bit of the local language. There is rear door letting you out straight to the beach, which on return has outside toilets to don't bring the mess to the room. Plenty of restaurants, shops ,kiosks if not using hotels facilities. Every customer might win lottery and upgrade to all inclusive stay, had a pleasure to hear that news and have a little upgrade!

This is a huge hotel with excellent facilities. The room was clean and well presented. Daily cleaning is conducted and towels changed regularly. We never had a problem finding a sun lounger, although some areas are just dirt so your feet ended up dirty. On-site parking is availblebut did notice there was spaces on the road around the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. If you want peace and quiet this isn't the hotel for you. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of food.

The location is absolutely perfect you are near so many restaurants and right beside the beach. The hotel itself is amazing. Staff were lovely, facilities were outstanding and the entertainment and food at breakfast was all brilliant. I couldn’t say one bad word about it. So close to the super markets and the pools were beautiful. We will deffo be back next year. We also did a yoga class while we were there and all the classes looked amazing!
